- Prices above marked (from) reflect the normal prices of lessons. Some of our instructors will charge a slightly higher fee depending on their higher level of qualifications. Additionally, some unsocial hours lesson prices may attract a surcharge.
- * Mock tests are offered within the lesson prices for school pupils. Non school pupils are welcome to apply for a mock driving test and a price will be quoted on application, based upon location and duration.
- Drivers can book a lesson to help with any aspect of driving they find difficulty with. For example drivers that find it difficult to reverse into a parking space can normally learn enough within an hour's lesson to reverse successfully into a space or a bay within a car park.
- For some two hours is too long a time to maintain concentration. Yet they feel one hour is not long enough we offer a lesson of 1.5hrs which is a good compromise and easier on the pocket too.
You can pay as you go lesson by lesson, or pay in advance, whatever is of help to you.
You can pay in cash or by cheque** - You choose. We also accept all major credit and debit cards for payment. Credit card payment is over the phone and must be in advance of your lesson - the instructors have no in-car facility to accept credit card payment.
This may be useful at times when you have not had a chance to get to the cashpoint or additionally when needing to pay Test fees.
** Due to a number of cheques that we have had to re-present we need to ask that any cheques used in payment for Lessons/Tests etc. are backed with a valid bankers card. Should you wish to purchase lessons or tests with a cheque and you are not in possession of a guarantee card, any cheque having to be re-presented will incur a surcharge of £10.
Tuition Times
Our Tuition times are Mon/Sat 7am till 9pm normally. We may be able to help if you need a time outside these hours – just ask. We have a limited availability for driving lessons on a Sunday. Do ask we may be able to help.
Our office is open 7am till 10pm 365 days a year to enable you to contact us and reduce the chance of you having to deal with an answer phone.
Lesson duration
We offer three basic lesson formats.
1.0 hour
1.5 hours
2.0 hours
Lessons are arranged through the office which means you get the full attention of your instructor in teaching you to drive.
You can stick to one format or change according to your learning needs.
We normally ask that a couple of the lessons are of a longer duration for your benefit in dealing with topics that are better understood in a lesson of a longer duration. (Roundabouts/ Dual Carriageway Driving).
